Booking & cancellation terms

From enquiry to booking

You reserve accommodation by sending an enquiry. We check availability and the final price and normally reply within 24 hours. The booking becomes valid once we confirm it — until then it is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Payment

There is no prepayment or booking fee. Accommodation is paid for on site in cash. We do not collect or store payment card data.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Cancelling later may incur a cancellation fee. To change dates or cancel, contact us by phone or email.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in 16.00–22.00, check-out 06.00–11.00. On departure, please leave the key at the door. A different arrival time can be arranged in advance.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome. Extra beds in the rooms and cabins, and accommodation in the sauna house, are available by arrangement — let us know in your enquiry.

Pets

Pets are allowed and there is no fixed fee. An extra charge may apply only for additional cleaning or damage.

Saunas

Finnish sauna from 60 €/2 h (6–7 people) and barrel sauna from 70 €/2 h (up to 8 people). Please book the sauna in advance.

Towels and linen

Bed linen is included in every unit. Towels are included in the rooms; for the camping cabins, towels can be rented from the host.

Accessibility

Ratturi Talu is partially wheelchair accessible — by prior arrangement we can add ramps at the entrances of selected rooms.

Quiet hours and care

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours in the evening and at night. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
