What data we collect

When you send an accommodation enquiry, we collect the data you enter yourself: name, email, phone, requested dates, number of guests, the chosen accommodation and your message. We collect only the data needed to respond to the enquiry and to arrange the booking.

What we use the data for

• To respond to your accommodation enquiry
• To confirm and arrange the booking
• To communicate with you about the accommodation

Marketing consent is not a condition for sending an enquiry. We send marketing messages only if you have given separate consent for it.

Legal basis

The basis for processing the data is the preparation and performance of the contract arising from your enquiry, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries.

Retention

We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the booking and the obligations related to it, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only with processors necessary for providing the service — website hosting (Vercel), the database (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend). We do not store payment card data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
