How do I book?
Send an enquiry on the availability page with your dates and number of guests. We reply within 24 hours, and your booking becomes valid once Ratturi Talu confirms it.
Do I need to pay a deposit, and what is your cancellation policy?
No — we don't ask for any prepayment or deposit, and you pay on site in cash. You can cancel free of charge up to three days before arrival; for a later cancellation a fee may apply.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00, and check-out between 06:00 and 11:00. When you leave, simply leave the key at the door — that lets our cleaning team know the room is free.
Do the camping cabins have their own bathroom?
Rooms in the main house have a private bathroom with WC and shower. The camping cabins use shared, well-kept washrooms — four shower rooms in two buildings: one right behind the row of five cabins (two toilets and two showers), and one by the four yard cabins about 20–30 m away (two shower rooms with WC, plus an outdoor toilet).
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen is included in every room and cabin. Towels are included in the rooms; in the camping cabins towels aren't included, but you can rent them from us.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi covers the main house and reaches almost all of the cabins. In the rearmost cabins the signal can be weaker, depending on your own device.
Is the outdoor kitchen available to everyone?
Yes. All guests can use the large, well-equipped shared outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare both breakfast and dinner. For barbecuing with wood we provide the firewood; if you'd prefer charcoal, please bring your own.
Is there air conditioning?
The main-house rooms and the two-person camping cabins have air conditioning. The five- and six-person camping cabins do not.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. There's no fixed pet fee — a fee would only apply if there's more cleaning than usual or any damage. Please mention your pet in your enquiry so we can plan for it.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Access is partial and by prior arrangement. We can fit ramps to the entrances of selected rooms, so please tell us your needs when you enquire and we'll do our best to help.
Is there parking?
Yes — there is free parking on site.
How far is the beach?
Mangu beach is about 4 km away and Luidja beach 8 km. The town of Kärdla is 14 km away.
Is Ratturi Café open?
Ratturi Café is on the same farmyard as the accommodation. In summer it's open every day from 12:00 to 20:00; outside the summer season we offer catering by arrangement, mainly for groups.
We confirm all the practical details — arrival, payment and cancellation — in your booking confirmation, so you always have them in writing.
